Effective with the new Highway Code rules on rescue animals

Per l'occasione la Lega Antivivisezione (LAV) pubblica una Guida pratica con informazioni su cosa fare e a chi rivolgersi se un animale è coinvolto in un incidente stradale.
L'articolo 31 della Legge introduce finalmente il principio che anche gli animali hanno diritto al soccorso in caso di incidenti stradali.
Ecco le novità per gli animali e per gli automobilisti:

It is not uncommon that many other animal species suffer serious damage on the road.
