On 28 October 2010 at 17.30 following a regular meeting by the Coordinator Edvin Shehu, met the Immigration Check and world to discuss the following
agenda:
1. Document on the "Right of Citizenship": continued work on the Festival of the law and possible preparation of a document to be sent to various authorities.
2. Update on the activities of the Forum of Provincial and Local Groups of Immigration and possible collaborations.

1) Document on the right of citizenship. The coordinator Edvin Shehu recalls the course of the conference entitled "Unlike Piacenza - Young people seeking citizenship." that the consultation carried out during the Festival of law. He says that he believes took place in the best way lasciando un segno evidente soprattutto grazie all’impegno dei relatori e per il forte coinvolgimento del pubblico presente in sala e specialmente di giovani e insegnanti. Ricorda in particolare l’impegno dell’avv. Rosarita Mannina e la sua proposta finale di procedere alla redazione di un documento propositivo sull’argomento da mettere a disposizione dei parlamentari piacentini. Per realizzare questo documento la coordinatrice propone di costituire un gruppo di lavoro di persone disponibili ad offrire la loro collaborazione. Vengono formulate alcune ipotesi e alla fine viene raccolta la disponibilità di Diomande Massandje, di Jamal Ouzine e di Renato Dapero. Edvin Shehu propone che questo sia il gruppo a cui si possono aggiungere altri di cui si accertasse in seguito la disponibilità. La stessa Edvin svolgerà le funzioni di coordinamento del gruppo nel quale è previsto il coinvolgimento dell’avv. Mannina. Nella discussione che si apre sull’argomento si deve ricordare il punto sostenuto da Andrea Gelati che si dichiara d’accordo sull’iniziativa di svolgere il lavoro in un gruppo ristretto al quale, tuttavia, deve essere dato il mandato di relazionare periodicamente alla Consulta che opportunamente deve mantenersi informata. Jamal poi sostiene che sia opportuno coinvolgere le consulte immigrazione delle altre province della nostra regione a cui bisognerebbe inviare una lettera informativa anche allo scopo di far fare magari iniziative simili anche dalle altre. 2) Activities of the Forum.
